If you haven’t figured it out, I am more or less a bladed weapons fanatic. Swords, axes, knives, whatever, if it’s got a cool edge on it, It’s good. I have spent many years ogling weapons of many kinds and I’ve always thought it would be cool to keep a record of all the interesting things I’ve come across over the years. Perhaps even share some of what I’ve found with other knife enthusiasts.
And now, thanks to the amazing technology of “teh intarwebs”, and the wunderbar internet technoogy known as the “blog”, it is now so very easy for anyone to chronicle whatever suits one’s fancy. I wish I could have started sooner, there are so many interesting weapons I’ve run across in the past that I wished I could go back and talk about, but alas, I have not been able to ever find them again.
Anyway, this blog is my attempt to record all of the amazing weapon ideas and the interesting designs that others have come up with for all to see. Along the way I try to inject a little (occasionally irreverent) humor, a few little known facts and sometimes a little education into my work. But I don’t consider myself an expert by any means. I just enjoy sharing what I find in the hopes that other like-minded folks will get the same kick out of these things that I do. Hopefully, you will not find my efforts wanting!

Hello Alix, interestingly I just ran across a “Mughal styled” sword a few days ago, and had plans to blog about it. I hadn’t intended to go into any kind of in-depth history of Mughal period weaponry (though there is actually quite a lot one could say about it), but I’ll see what I can find for you…
Hey thanks for the links now im just wondering if you have anyway of chaining them to your arms. Like with a metal chain. Got any tips?
LOL Ok, come on now, you can’t come up with a simple way to chain something to your arms? LOL OK, ok, How about a set of leather gauntlets or bracers? Anything solid that you can strap to your arm and attach a ring to should do. If you use leather, make sure you use grommets, and also attach the ring to the inside (palm side) close to your wrist. Then you can attach your chain to that.
Just don’t go trying anything stupid if you get a set of these and finally get it attached to your wrist. Flying blades on a chain are 10 times more dangerous than normal… Trust me on this. I speak from experience…

i was just wondering,if at all possible, if you knew where i could find a video review or some decent pictures of the deluxe ninja warrior sword kit.
Actually, I have one of those deluxe ninja warrior sword kits, No video reviews that I know of at the moment, but I can do a quick review of mine if you’d like…
that would be great actualy. i wanted to buy it but i cant find pictures that show diffrent views,weapons,saya,etc.
